The food was delicious... AND - the customer service was superb!

I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with a hand written note following a very simple / easily made mistake with my order. I'd had a few experiences of my drink and fries being left off delivery orders recently, so I decided to email this store that had left my bottled drink out of the bag of my pick-up order that I'd placed on-line.

This District Manager is clearly a man who understands the critical need for stellar customer service! His swift and consistent effort to apologize and remedy this was beyond impressive!

The art and effort of making customer's for life is lost in our country - and few seemingly understand or make the effort beyond talking. This response will certainly have a lasting impact!

I have shared the note and gift card with the lovely co-worker that told me about this place, and several others, with the statement, "Now this is phenomenal customer service!"

I will definitely be eating here again and again, exploring their menu to replace items that I tend to go other places for, such as the taco bowl that the same co-worker was eating yesterday, and the fried rice that I just noticed here...

I just remembered that the co-worker who told me about Viva Chicken -when I asked her what she was eating one day said to me - "It will change your life." At the time I thought that was impressive but clearly an exaggeration - the current truth is, that in some ways it has - once again restored my belief that there are still some businesses in our country that understand the value of their customers, and are willing to go the extra mile(s) to ensure that their customers know that they do.

Excellent restaurant with very reasonable prices. They really only do one thing - Peruvian chicken. The menu is pretty small with only a few non-chicken options. But what they do, they do right! There's a good selection of top quality side items as well.

Love Viva chicken. I usually get the Inca wrap(+chicken) or just their chicken with some sides. Always great, never disappointing. Their sauces are where it's at though. Make sure you try them each, yellow and red are my go-to. Love to pick up from here.

My first time at Viva and it was delicious! I bought the half-chicken (dark meat option) with 2 sides. The chicken was superbly flavored, cooked perfectly and the fries & Yuka topped it off. A little pricey, but worth it in my opinion. I will most definitely be back soon!!

Great viva chicken location, clean and always friendly. I like the Peruvian rice bowls the best and the sauces you can put on it. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the food made my wife ill once, so she is always hesitant to return. I’ve never had a bad experience myself
