Went here for lunch both last Thursday and Friday. Will definitely be back the food was fresh and hot. The customer service on point. The restaurant very cleaned and well organized yall definitely get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me

Very convenient for a quick bite to eat.
The food is not bad and the price is really decent.

The young lady that handles Customer complaints when the asain people are gone is GREAT! She displays such a melancholic temperament , she isn't easily moved and her demeanor never changes she's always smiling and calm. Food is okay.

I use public transportation on a regular basis. So I'm frequently at the Transit center. China Shuttle is always a fast, convenient place to grab a quick bite. They stay very busy, so the food is always hot and fresh. The manager and all of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is situated at the very end of the Transit center, so even if you're walking in the area by the Charlotte Hornets arena, you can be in and out in less than 5 minutes.
