    This is a quintessential steak and chop house. Having been to a few I can say I felt SO comfortable with the house staff that it made the experience even more enjoyable. I'd highly recommend them vs the "other steak folks" based in Charlotte.

    CLINTON, THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZINGLY FABULOUS, OUTSTANDING,INCREDIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE. THE FOOD, DRINKS, SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE. OUR SERVER, BETH WAS JUST PERFECT!!!! THERE ARE SO MANY RESTAURANTS UPTOWN. BE SURE TO TRY FLEMINGS STEAKHOUSE!!! GREAT SEAFOOD, APPETIZERS AND DESSERTS!!! IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS, I DEFINITELY WOULD. WE WILL SEE YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN.

    Sat at the bar. Excellent wine selections. Enjoyed two glasses of 1000 Stories. Attentive bar staff. Chef was kind enough to accommodate our dietary restrictions and prepare sauteed calamari. It was delicious!!

    First went here CIAA weekend and fell in love with the lobster mac and cheese. My best friend came to visit and decided it would be a perfect place. We loved it we got the Tuesday Tomahawk it was the best steak ever! The service was great the waiter was wonderful didn't wait long for our food drink recommendation were perfect all this to say it was so good we decided our yearly friend anniversary will be here from now on out.

    We dined at Fleming's on our anniversary and it was a fantastic evening! We were greeted with "Happy Anniversary!" Our table was decorated with glittery gold circles and an anniversary card. Beth was our server and she provided perfect service: she was warm and friendly, while being very professional, but unpretentious, as some servers in fine dining restaurants can be! The food was excellent! My Fleming's salad was cool and crisp and delicious and the Chilean sea bass, served over spinach, was melt in your mouth delicious. My husband's ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and the best steak he has had in a long time. The mushrooms he ordered were succulent and easily served two. I enjoyed berries and Chantilly cream for dessert-so good! As a perfect ending to the dinner, Beth brought us chocolate truffles to take home-lit with a sparkler.
