Galway Hooker

Fantastic experience! Finally food that impressed my taste buds! I have been looking for some time now for something thats memorable and this place is it! 5 stars for service, atmosphere, food, band!...Looking forward to another eat out at the Galway Hooker! ????

I have yet to try the pub itself. It was chaotic the time I visited the pub which is to be expected because it was St. Patrick's day. The biggest celebration of the year, and also hosted by the pub, which explains the place being crowded. A second visit is in the works so I can marvel at this historic pub shipped all the way from Ireland when it's more quiet and calm ????????????

Take 2: So, we went back for dinner on a Friday night and it was relatively full so there was a bit of a wait. I had the Bourbon beef Medallion which was huge thick round slabs of beef meat. The sauce was good. However, the beef was too thick for my liking. I did enjoy the green beans and mashed potatoes. Their Vegetable Ratatouille was ok. It was a pleasant first time experience. However, it may not be the best place if you prefer a quiet dining setting sans loud, blaring music. On the plus side, it's a historical pub so that adds appeal to the place.

Awesome place to eat and drink. It's a fun and festive spirit of Ireland. Fun time environment. Galway Hooker makes sure you are enjoying yourself and throws a great Saint Patrick's day party festival. Everyone around enjoyed their selves.

Loved this place. Great food. Great prices. Our waitress was the absolute best! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend!
