Excellent food, decent prices, and good service. Only issue and it is mostly minor preference quibble were the onion rings. I like mine solid rings with plenty of batter These were very thin with little batter and very limp. They tasted good though.

This place was excellent! We have food allergies in our family, so it's not always easy to eat out. Our server, Mallory, at Crafty Burger was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She answered our questions and gave suggestions for safe foods to order. She knew right off the bat the ingredients in each side, and she was respectful yet casual. The side salad was meh...not worth an extra dollar. I ordered a veggie burger, which can be hit and miss, but this one was wonderful. They are made in house and were actually crunchy from being grilled. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun (although the music was a bit loud for our taste), and they offered coloring sheets for our kids. We will be back!

Let's discuss the 5 star ratings system. I believe that in current society rating something is done in two ways five stars meaning everything was to your satisfaction or one star meaning everything else. These are my thoughts...

Five stars. Everything is excellent. Very clean. Superior service and attention to detail. Top quality food perfectly cooked and plated. Staff does what it takes to make sure the customer is satisfied  Five stars is something special. 

Four stars. A clean establishment. Great food with good service. Four stars should be what most restaurants aim for. 

Three stars. The food is acceptable but nothing to write home about. The bathrooms might not be clean and the tables might be sticky. But should still be clean overall. Service might be slow and unpredictable 

Two stars. Dirty. Dishes and utensils that are not clean. Poor quality food with a bad presentation. Very poor service.

One star. Disgusting. Inedible food. Rude and/ or non-existent service.

First time eating here.. pretty easy to rate.

This was our first time eating here and wow was it delicious! I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was amazing!! Would definitely recommend 10/10. The sweet potato fries and Mac n cheese were also really good!!! You need to try this place out!!
