Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

The food was really good. And our waitress made the night a breeze (although she was a little forgetful). The managers were great help. Firebirds always gives us a great meal and evening so 5 stars to you!

Was quite a bit busy with long wait time but was able to get seating at the bar area for our meal. Waitress was attentive and manager come by making sure everything was good. The blue cheese filet steak was the best in flavorful richness and really tender. The loaded baked potato was dry considering. Should have more butter I'm assuming. I would deduct a half a star considering the fact of the potato needs more if I could but however overall a great place to eat.

The service and food are consistent with this chain. We don't frequent them often, but every visit is the same no matter city or time of day. I've had the salmon the last several times - the sesame crusted and the grilled are both perfectly seasoned. Their tenderloin salad is delicious as well. This drink though ... it was smooth and perfectly sweet. I believe it was called a Double Black Diamond - a wonderful pineapple infused vodka martini.

Server was friendly and food was good. It's nice to go to a place that cooks meat the way you order it. Steaks were wonderful. Surprisingly, they were pretty accommodating to our 16 month old though this seems more like a date night or adults night out kind of place. Great kids menu and crayons to keep her busy.

Unfortunately, it's hit or miss when it comes to service. This particular day we did get a friendly server. I have found the food here very delicious. On this particular occasion I had a scrumptious Cobb Salad. I will definitely order it again. My husband had a Bacon Burger with barbecue sauce and fries. He said the burger was cooked perfectly. The place has a bar, nice comfortable seating areas and a great atmosphere. I love the smell of the wood wafting through the air. They just need to work on the personalities of their servers.
