Shane's Rib Shack Matthews

My visit to Shane's Rib Shack was the first one t this location. Like most franchise operations, you know what to expect when you visit. This visit was no exception. I chose the sampler because I had never tried Shane's chicken and my sister was with me. I wanted her to try several different items as it was her first visit to any Shane's location. Personally, I was not fond of the chicken, because chicken can tend to get dry, especially with the white meat. The pork was on par with my visits to other Shane's locations. I enjoyed the ribs which is think is their forte and my sister also enjoyed the food. The rack of ribs is what keeps bringing me back to Shane's and I recommend them highly. I have never gotten a bad rack.

Staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. We had ribs, chicken and chopped pork. All were outstanding. Very cool decor and clean. Will definitely be going back.

Pleasantly surprised by this place! Got the meat sampler platter... it all was great! Ribs are good size... didn't need to sauces... but I'm a "dipper" so had to try them all. Will definitely go back!!

Great place! Food was fresh, hot, and well seasoned. The staff was friendly and attentive, including the manager who even helped someone to their car with their order. Although the staff is young they all seem to have a good heads on their shoulders and are so polite. The place is clean from the table tops to the floor. Good for sit down or take out!!
