“The food here is great! I typically call in my order due to 30 minutes lunch but I always have to wait. The host are very welcoming but the bartender always has an attitude or seems agitated. Today she sat my money on the sticky counter of the bar section and walked off which I thought was very rude. She will be the reason that I will not return”

I go to many different McDonald’s all around Charlotte. North side, east side, south side, west side but this one in particular never fails me. I’ve come here so many times and every time my food is warm/hot. Keep up the good work regarding the quality of the food!”

“Came here today for my birthday and the service was excellent. We had Seth as it waiter and he was phenomenal. Drinks stayed full and the food was prompt. He was very attentive to our table. “This was my first visit here. The place is highly decorated contributing to the dining experience. Our party had a variety of the menu items. Everything was great. Had the guacamole appetizer which is prepared at the table. Excellent. They are heavy handed with the lettuce which I really like but there was a bit of an odor from it that I suspect is from earlier preparation and storage. The place was busy with a few waiting by text time we left. A good sign from repeat customers.”

I mean the food good have been bad (which it wasn’t) and it still would have been a great experience. Don’t know their names but thanks ladies! “An excellent pub and billiards hall located in Windsor Square shopping center. They used to be downtown Matthews. Me and my friends would hang out there in high school 30 years ago. This location is much larger. They must have 30 to 40 tables, as well as a poker table, dart boards, pinball, jukebox, and cornhole. They have good bar food too. The place is packed most evenings for tournaments or leagues. The staff is very personable and friendly.”
