Skrimp Shack

I tried them for the first time this past Saturday. We were not greeted. This young lady came up and said "its going to be a 15 minute wait" and walked away. We stood in line for another 15 minutes until a lady behind me asked if they were even able to take orders. Then a young guy came up and looked very upset to take our order. My crab was cold but the shrimp was good.

Are you kidding me!? I had a concern because of my food allergies. The manager, Heather went above and beyond to handle my concern, cooking the food personally! And with a great attitude! Like, who does that? I was blown away. And the food came out hot, delicious, and prepared to perfection! Awesome place!

Today, I visited the Skrimp Shack Charlotte for the very first time. I ordered 10 jumbo shrimp and hush puppies. OMG! I’m trying to find out how I can get back tomorrow. The customer service was A+, and the food was delectable. Shrimp cooked just right. Sweet hush puppies fried to perfection. I will be back for a fish sandwich my next cheat day. I have been searching for a good down home seafood restaurant (the greasy bag kind). This is it!

The whiting and sweet potato fries are really good. Get your fish fried hard or else it'll be soft. The service is quick and you don't have to wait long for your food. I'm from the coast and this place definitely competes with my favorite places back home.

Loved it. I love seafood so this is going to be my faves. I had a shrimp and fish pond boy-heaven! Make sure to get the sauce. The portion sizes are big and will fill you up or at the very least you will have a meal afterwards.
Service was friendly and fast. We went on a Saturday night and it wasn't that crowded. There is a limited amount of seating so calling in for a pick up maybe better if you're in a rush.
Definitely recommend. Definitely will back
