Clean store, friendly employee's and the food was good

Busy place at lunch, and keeping up with demand, especially today with fund raiser for the Isabella Santos foundation.

Always a sub above lol. They have a great quality meats that they slice right in front of you fresh. The bread is really good too and they even have a gluten free options if you need that. Definitely try the Philly cheese steak. Get the chipotle one and try the chicken version. It's delicious. I get mine with no peppers add extra cheese and it's great.

This place is clean. The employees are clean. The place is always stocked with all items that you're used to from Jersey Mike's. Every single one of the staff members are courteous, polite, attentive, and absolutely engaging. If it's not your thing, they figure that out and won't bug you except for the sandwich questions. Every sandwich has been made perfectly since I've been visiting this location for the past year.

Now, here's a little secret...if you've never had the grilled veggie wrap from this place, you're missing out...but only if you go to this location, though...and made by one person. The other locations in Charlotte can't come close to the way this one is made. Here's the catch, the lady manager has to grill it, too. It's a bit unrealistic to have her do it every time, but on occasions, I'll request her to make it. But let me tell you the vegetables are caramelized perfectly; the amount of extra vegetables that you request from jalapenos, banana peppers, pickles, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes has the perfect ratio of perfection to where one doesn't overpower the other; the precise amount of ranch and honey mustard to add that little bit of additional flavoring sets it off nicely; the cheese is melted thoroughly and throughout the vegetables to cover the entire bit of contents making sure you get some in every bite; and the tomato basil wrap is crisped just enough to add some extra slightly crunchy texture. It really is out of this world good. I'd post pics, but it doesn't last long enough to take a picture of honestly.
