When Kenty told us we needed to try this Asian Birria mashup, we knew it had to be good.

We waited too long and they took a long break for the holidays, but they came back with a pop-up yesterday and we were on it!

Our order was ready right when we got there which I appreciate. We've been to several popups that don't start making your order until you arrive (even though you specify the pickup time) and ended up having to wait 30 minutes for our food. It was nice that we didn't have to wait here (although it would be worth the wait if I did have to wait).

We've tried several Birria places now and this is my favorite so far! Kenty tells me that their broth is a Vietnamese Bun bo Hue broth which is why I think I loved it so much. I could have gone for a bit spicier in the broth, but it was delicious. The tacos were soft and crispy at the same time. The meat was flavorful and cheesey.
