    Wonderful place to grab a quick meal! I love this new spot. It's been here in the Charlotte plaza building for several months now and I am loving it. I typically try to eat pretty healthy, and this place keeps me on track for those days that I forget to bring my lunch or just simply don't feel like cooking. It quick and easy. I just grab my meal and go. The service is awesome as well. AJ and all of the other team members greet me with a smile every time I am there. Excellent service and quality products.

    When I don't want to meal prep my food this is my go to place. They offer a variety of meals that are very good. The vegetarian meals can be expanded a little from week to week to offer more options for those going meatless. However, this is a great place to try and they are super nice.
