Delicious northern Italian food in a relaxed atmosphere. Incredible pasta, veggies, fish and more. Fantastic cocktails.

The new concept is on point, great cocktails, the burrata is still great, amazing olives and perfect pasta with loads of balanced flavor and the tiramisu was lovely. Will be coming regularly. Glad it's not all reservations.

I recently moved to Charlotte and dinner at Ever Andalo last night was amazing! Hands down the best dinner I have had since being here! The restaurant is super cute, staff and service were awesome (especially our server Allison), and the food was beyond! The burrata was killer, along with the tuna crudo, the fresh homemade pasta (get the cheese cloud), lamb chops, and the branzino! I have already made my next reservation and definitely see my friends and I being regulars! Cheers!

The vibe was quaint and romantic, the menu is wonderful, and Henry was a fantastic server. We tried a handful of small plates which had a lot of flavor and beautiful presentation. We’re looking forward to our next visit!
