Mama Ricotta's

Went for lunch and sat on patio. Lovely afternoon and delicious food. Doing a good job making customers feel safe by spacing tables appropriately.

Incredible customer service and food!! There was a 45 minute wait for a table, so my boyfriend and I got a drink and were standing over by the bar until our table was ready. One of the workers, Robert, kindly asked us not to stand there due to new COVID rules. He was very apologetic and went out of his way to find us a different area to stand while waiting. He even went to check on the status of our table and got us seated as quickly as possible. He was so kind and demonstrated the best customer service. The food was absolutely delicious and we will definitely be back again. Thank you Robert for doing such a great job, we had a wonderful time at Mama Ricotta’s.

Love this place. Curbside was easy, fast, safer. More order came out as soon as I pulled up & he asked for my name. Not many know how to manage curbside efficiently -- food, price, customer service. All great! Fast service with a home cooked taste. I ordered the lasagna. The bread is almost moist, taste fresh baked.

Never had a bad experience at Mama Ricotta’s. I’m vegan so I usually order the same thing ... but they hands down have the best Bread Pudding in Charlotte ??. They were one of the first restaurants to emerge ready when the Covid Crisis came by having Curbside Pickup. The restaurant is a little dark inside and your eyes take awhile to adjust but it gives you that authentic Italian vibe. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Mama Ricotta's did not disappoint. The bread is just mouth watering awesome. The calamari appetizer was well prepared and tasty. The tomatoes and mozzarella were big and juicy. The soup made me feel good inside. The salad was over seasoned but still refreshing. Service was attentive. All had a wonderful time.
