You can see from the photos the different drinks and dishes we tried. Make sure to book your reservation because it has stayed quite busy. They do have a first come first serve bar area and yet you don’t want to rely on that in order to try their authentic and tasty dishes and drinks. We had so much fun in the space and our waitress was knowledgeable and really good.

Incredible food, great atmosphere, lovely decor, friendly and attentive service! I also personally enjoy the longer staggered time between portions of the meal. We ordered two appetizers which came out staggered and two entrees which came out after we had finished the apps with a little time to digest. The cocktails were delicious and I love their vast selection of mezcal and tequila!

Not a cheap dinner, but a great amount of high quality food! Will definitely be returning.

I had a large rsvp for eight people that I needed to make almost two weeks in advance to book. However, due to a sudden shift in weather, the outdoor patio wasn't available and we were moved to the lounge. As nice as a vibe that area is, having that large a party with limited table space seemed awkward at best. I voiced my concern to the hostess and initially told us there was nothing she could do. About fifteen minutes later, while waiting for the rest of the party to arrive, she told us that she was looking for a solution to accommodate us in the dining area. We got seated there not too long afterwards.

The food and drinks were full of depth and flavor! I ordered several tacos along with a few appetizers. Everyone was amazed with their choices and very pleased. 0Our server was equal parts very hospitable and equal parts a bit of chaos (in a fun way). Will definitely go back again, especially for how above and beyond they do to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

WOW!!! I do not have enough good things to say about this place. I was I pressed from the moment we walked in- the ambiance and decor is so so cute. THEN- the service is absolutely next level. My boyfriend and I were here for our one year and a quarter anniversary which is silly, I know. But we love getting dressed up and going somewhere nice to celebrate every three months. They could have completely dismissed it as silly, but instead we felt so celebrated from start to end. Our waitress Sarah provided the most incredible service. Felt like I was talking to a friend. She was attentive, on top of it, and helped us choose amongst an AMAZING menu. The entire staff even signed a little postcard wish us a happy anniversary- literally the cutest thing I have ever seen and SO THOUGHTFUL. I can’t believe I’ve written this much without even mentioning the food, which was also just out of this world. We got the salsa trio and queso to start and we’re just drooling over it all. Our margaritas were some of the best I have had in Charlotte. For the star of the show we each got two tacos. We had the carne asada, rock shrimp, and al pastor. I can’t even choose a favorite they were all so good. I will be dreaming about this meal for a while. Cannot wait to come back and hope we have Sarah again when we do!!!

Yesterday I got a chance to stop by @puerto.clt & check out their new brunch menu. It was an incredible culinary experience !

The staff here nailed every freaking dish & they understood the assignment ! We dined outside on the patio area since it was a nice day today ! You can catch different vibes from the Mezcal lounge inside which is more dim & intimate with a live dj , a patio area outside for those warm days , or you can simply dine inside the dining room area.

My favorites here hand down for brunch was the breakfast quesadilla that knocked me off of my feet ! The queso dip & churros are also a must ! This place in my opinion is worth the hype and I have to make it back for dinner !
