The made from scratch broth is insanely flavorful, fresh & mind boggling compared to the other ramen spots I've eaten at in CLT. The staff operating here at Saru are also extremely polite & well mannered!
If I could give more than 5 stars I easily would. I highly recommend this place! -

The take out containers are also really cool! -

(August 2, 2020, 11:56 am)If you are looking for something light, get the veggie ramen (you can add an egg or pork belly). The broth is so clean and delicious.
If you are looking for something rich, get the tonkotsu.
No matter what you’re looking for, definitely get the takoyaki. Pillowy dough with huge chunks of octopus, fried fresh. -
