We had lunch here yesterday. The food was awesome! Very good!! The service was HORRIBLE!!! We sat down at our table at 1:15pm and ordered our food. This is where things went downhill. One in our party received his food about 1hr 10minutes after ordering and then the others in our party received their food 1hr 30 minutes after ordering. We weren't the only ones. Everyone in the restaurant were having the same issue. Finally, we ate and left nearly 3 hrs after arriving at the diner. This place came recommended and we were so looking forward to eating here. The staff seemed totally confused and the place was in mass chaos. Unfortunately, we will never be back and it's a shame because the food is excellent.
This had been one of my favorite restaurants when under a different ownership. It used to be like an authentic diner. I would go here every Saturday when I was 4 years old and I would get the peanut butter and banana sandwich. Now there is a lot of neon lights and the atmosphere isn't the same as it was. But still, very good food.
