Wild Wing Cafe

We were staying at the Hilton, and decided to walk over Friday night. My partner is diabetic, so we asked for an ingredient menu. Our server, Ashley, was very nice and had the gm, manager, Seth, came to our table. He too, is diabetic, so they discussed which wings he could have. That is exemplary customer service that you don’t find many places anymore. The Bavarian pretzel was very yummy, and I especially liked the Dijon it came with. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and it was cool that we were there for the sound check of the band playing later. We also enjoyed the music that was playing, which was mostly 80s, and it was great to see the videos and how everyone looked. I can only imagine what it’s like to be able to sit in the chairs outside and enjoy the music. Such a great venue with good food and great service! Keep up the good work guys and gals!

One weird thing is that there isn't any handicap parking by the front entrance. There was all these other reserve parking spots but none for handicap. We have a handicap and we need the space to get he in and out of the car. Food was tasty, but our waitress wasn't so great. She wasn't paying attention to what we were saying. It was like she didn't want to be there. She would walk off before we would finish what we wanted to say. I looked at my other half to ask if we should get lemonade or milk for my daughter and we decided milk. We told our server milk and she brings out lemonade. I notice only some of our food came out, but didn't see my entree yet. I waited but didn't see it come out and our waitress didn't say anything about it. Of course, I asked our server about it and she went to check on it. She came back and said it would ready any minute now. She didn't realize I could see her from our table inputting my meal into the system. Instead of apologizing and asking us what we wanted to do with our entree she inputted the meal in anyways. I wanted to give her the benefit of my doubt though. But my other half finished his meal and finally here comes my meal. I would have understood if she had said something. At least give us a choice on what we want to do next instead of putting the order anyways and making us wait till we were ready to leave for our meal to come out. I will give this place a try again. Maybe she had a bad day, so I am even willing to give the waitress one more try. If it's just her we don't like then I will just make sure I don't sit in her section.

Angelo from Alabama is amazing! His enthusiasm and knowledge of menu items combined with suggestions made this visit top notch. Will definitely be back repeatedly!!
Seated quickly, service was fast and accurate, when hostess was busy answering the phone, free server came quickly to greet us and attend to our needs.Food was delivered quickly and hot, service was amazing.

Very delish wings. The sides were a bit pricey... deviled eggs were good but 3 for the price...6.99.
Service was great, although short staffed it was as good as if a full staff. Mario was awesome with great attentiveness. Will revisit!
