Wooden Robot Brewery

Great bar! It is HUGE. Love the selection of beers, they had a blackberry sour that I thoroughly enjoyed. They don’t exactly have food but they have a food truck outside that makes great hush puppies. Friendly bartenders too, can’t wait to go again when I’m in the area.

South end is a funny place. Go there on a random week night and you'll never find a parking spot or an open seat but, go there during a holiday week or during a home Panthers game and you've got the place to yourself. Wooden Robot is absolutely one of my favorite breweries (#2) so I have to know when to plan a visit to maximize my time there.
I love that they make a little bit of everything as far as styles go. Their patio is great for dogs and the heaters leave you feeling toasty on a cold day. The food is quick and delicious. Plenty of seating and a large bar top that's accessible from the patio. I could go on and on about this place!

P.s. try to find street parking somewhere around the block.

Well taken care very quickly. Great attitude towards customer. Outstanding variety. You ask for suggestions on what is taste worthing and they are on target. The is place makes you feel welcome. Thank you staff.

They have a wide array of IPAs and each are well balanced. They are on the hazier side, which is not a bad thing. My favorite beer was Good Morning Vietnam - super tasty! Also, be sure to check out Twisted Eats - great food. The Mac and Cheese Egg roll was super tasty! (Just be sure to let it cool for a moment.) There is a small parking lot directly across the street.
