“This is a hidden gem over on Sugar Creek. Nana's has some of the freshest seafood in the city. Here they will also cook your seafood for you. The fish sandwiches and fried shrimp is better than you will find at many of the seafood restaurants in all of Charlotte. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves fresh seafood.”

“Tacos were fantastic!! $3 a piece. The meat, fresh tortilla, and sauce were delicious. We got pork, chicken, steak, & chorizo. Chorizo was my favorite. Staff was kind and the order took ~10 minutes to prepare. The tacos are very simple, it'd be nice to have pico on top (or the ability to order it on the side). I made some at home to put on top.”

“Newly opened (2 months ago)...the food is fresh, flavorful and served in various sizes to please all. Can choose a protein to mix in with your bowl or wrap. Service is great with an explanation of how the bowls are made and your choices and James, who waited on me, introduced the staff which was nice. Spacious eating area inside and different sized to-go bowls offers up an option to take it with you. Oh, and they don't accept tips, but they do give great service.”

“Godfather's really deserves a 5 star rating, but I could only give it a 4 due to the wait. I placed my order online with no issues. Received my confirmation email stating that my order would be ready by 101 pm. I got there about 1250 but waited, because there were tons of people standing around near the door. At 1255 I decided to get out and that's when I realized why people were standing outside. The facility is tiny! It was so much going on and so many people waiting it was ridiculous. On top of that, I was told that I needed to wait about 15-20 minutes for my pizza. I was patient and waited and got my pizza at 135. So, I waited an additional 30 minutes. The pizza is a bit pricey, but it was so good. I ordered the large meat lovers and monkey bread and paid about $36. The pizza alone I would rate at a 5. The location is still very new so I can understand a bit. I will definitely go back and I would definitely recommend.”

“Okay so I miss the days I could walk or go to the nearest corner store and get a good deli sandwich on a roll. Being from CT and living in NC, you tend to crave this at times. This new spot has taken care of my craving. I got the pastrami on a roll with grilled onions, lettuce and spicy mustard. I haven’t even finished the whole sandwich yet and I’m writing this review. It is so freaking good and reminds me so much of back home. They use Boars Head meats which is a plus. But the star of this sandwich is the actual roll. It is so soft and fresh. Trust me the sandwich is as simple as it gets but sometimes that’s all you need. It is perfect in my book and I will definitely be back. Service was also very pleasant and very fast. I’ll take this place over all the hyped up spots in Charlotte. Period.”

“The food at Caribbean Hut wash fresh and clean. This meant fresh fish, fresh cooking oil, and fresh ingredients.The service scored lower only because we had a large group 20+ and we pretty much served ourselves once food was prepared, using one of the persons in our group to serve us. The atmosphere was ok. It can get filled up pretty quickly but the glass divider helps separate walk-in from dine-in customers. We pulled it off and the food was delicious!! 😋”

“Great Indian food restaurant conveniently located in the Holy Joes grocery store. Ample seating. We started with the Samoa chaat which was delicious and filling. We had masala chai which wasn't on the menu but we asked for it. We also had mixed grill which was good for dinner. No waiters here and the food was served in Styrofoam togo boxes, but the food was delicious and worth the price. I will definitely go here again. This place used to be called Nawab kebabs before but they may have had a change in ownership since the menu and place looks different.”

“This meal was phenomenal,I ordered Jerk Chicken with rice and peas with a side of yams, added mac n cheese with a Beef patty, my food had just the right amount of spice on my jerk chicken, to make my nostril a lil sweaty witch is exactly the way I like my jerk.. the beef patty was melting in my mouth, the beef was flavorful and the right crunch, definitely fresh not frozen, the yams i wish were a bit more sweetend to balance the the spice though don't get me wrong they were amazing,, the rice and peas were great(im not to crazy for rice lol) the proportion was great for the price, but there was love and respect served in my dish.... even with my order being delivery my food was fresh and hot,I was definitely satisfied.
