(December 17, 2021, 8:12 pm)Omg!!! I've been looking for this lady for three months. She had a food truck called Punto Rico and the truck had not been there for awhile. Well low and behold I found her!! she opened this El Cilantro restaurant right around the corner from me and this is my third time here in a week. The best authentic Puerto Rican food since I went to Puerto Rico. Salute!
