“What a great pub in Matthew’s. Just what we needed. Walk in and you feel like you’ve been transported to an Irish pub with Irish hospitality. The owners are both from Ireland and give excellent service. Very personable. Great selection of Irish whiskeys, scotches and bourbons. Even some from Japan. Love the big beer garden in the front. Very comfortable bar counter and we made new friends. Love that it’s not covered in TVs. 2 TVs behind the bar only. Great walk up window for drinks when you’re outside. Really nice patio furniture. Great prices on drinks too considering every place is Matthew’s keeps getting a lot of expensive. Haven’t had the food yet but the couple next to us said they’re the best burgers in Matthew’s hands down. Will eat them next time and update review.”

“Pride in the product, quality, attention to detail, delightful and a wonderful experience. All these words could be used to describe BOTH the shop and the pops. The shop - Take a look at the photos....or better still, experience it in person. The details in this place are a joy. Someone has put their heart and soul into it and it pays off. Aesthetically pleasing! They also have a small area outside with corn hole, Jenga and select four for the kids. The pops - I'd the watermelon/basil and it was awesome. Full of flavour and I'd definitely have it again if there weren't so many other awesome flavours to choose from. This is a bold claim but this may surpass King of Pops as my favourite pops in CLT.”

“Andy's never disappoints! I went out of my way to run errands near an Andy's and it was definitely worth the drive. The drive thru moved pretty smoothly and the staff were kind and friendly. They were more than happy to accommodate my nut allergy which is always a plus for me. I got a large BootDaddy Concrete, which I'd highly recommend. It's the perfect combination of vanilla, chocolate, and caramel - very indulgent!”

“This place has really created a name for themselves in such a short time so I couldn’t wait to try for myself. I’d didn’t disappoint. I went abt 2:30 on a Saturday and it was packed in there so that’s always a good sign to me. I didn’t have too long a wait even though the line reached almost to the door. I ordered a godfather sub to go and it was fantastic. They don’t have much seating inside, and a few tables outside but the whole place is cute and quaint and staff was very friendly. It’s only abt 10min from home so I will certainly become a regular.”

“It's a nice bowling alley with lots of lanes. You can choose "dark side" (pics) or "light side". Decent selection of balls in different weights and sizes. Shoes are not beat down and worn out, fit fine. The scoring keypad is slow to navigate so takes time to get everyone entered and start bowling. My issue was the LACK of concession options. They have a small kitchen area, but we were turned away as they were "too busy to take any more orders...." The whole place was maybe 1/3 capacity. Ok, we'll get some drinks from the bar ... yeah, nope there too. No bar tender!!?!! Uhhh... ok. It was a Sunday afternoon. Nobody to serve drinks and don't want our money at the food place.... so literally lost minimum 50-60 bux JUST from us... one lane. Kinda surprised this place stays open if they don't want easy money with food and bar sales....... funny thing is they have enough deez to put a sign on the door that says "no outside food or drink". LoL. I think next time, I'll just roll in with a cooler and portable grill and take over....”

“Food presentation is great, but the noodles (we ordered Spicy Miso Ramen and Mala Noodle) lack flavor. The large pork slices inside the noodles were tender, juicy and flavorful though. Pleasantly surprised by the complementary appetizer salad. Pan-fry buns and chicken popcorn were excellent 👌”

“Food was good, the service (One Waitress in Particular) not so much. (Waitress was not organized, brought out the apps after the entree, once we reminded her. Was never asked how the food was, do you need anymore refreshments or Dessert...Nada. Bus boy cleaned the table and waited over 20min to get the check) finally asked for the check and she starts blending a smoothie for another customer. I stood up to get the check from the register. Poor service.”

“Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Staff was extremely friendly. I ordered a yogurt parfait, an iced coffee, and a sandwich which i cant remember the name of but very similar to a caprice sandwich. Everything was delicious, the yogurt parfait was creamy with plenty of fruit with some granola and a touch of what tasted like local wildflower honey, the iced coffee actually tasted of coffee instead of sugar syrup and wasnt 99% ice either, the sandwich was perfectly balanced in flavor and texture, they used fresh mozzarella that was soft and delicate but flavorful with fresh basil and very soft and ripe tomatoes. Will definitely be visiting again soon.”
