IHOP

We ate here on a Sunday during a very busy time and were expecting a long wait. We only had about a 10 minute time, were seated very quickly and the food was amazing! Our waiter was very polite and didn’t rush us. As we were walking out we were greeted by more staff and really felt appreciated. We will definitely come back!

I have deleted my past review. My daughter wanted to try IHOP again. We had a 20 minute wait. Understandable. Southern Pines Parade was this morning. Chanel has been a fabulous server! Speedy and prompt service. Drinks served right away followed by our food. Excellent communication with the server and the cooks. Thank you!

Can't go wrong with the breakfast! Great service, clean facility, great staff.....at breakfast. Went for dinner a week later, completely different experience. Service was horrible, bacon cheeseburger tasted of grease and salt, was rushed out...at 6:30 pm. So, breakfast and service in the early morning is phenomenal!

Went w/ my son after getting flu shots...what better way to feel better then w/ a stack of Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pancakes. I thought they would be too sweet but they weren't. They were delicious. The place just opened a few weeks ago. It was bright & clean. The hostess & server were pleasant & friendly. It also go my vote when they did military discount. We will be back. I was just very saddened to see that someone let their kid mark all over the booth w/ a crayon or marker!!!!! If I was the manager I would be so upset w/ people!!!!

Really a great experience, especially considering their first week open. Loved the interior and exterior seating options. Menu is VERY extensive. Waiter was amazing (Brandon). All food came out as expected. 4 syrup options to choose from (???? was way better than expected). Milkshake was huge and very tasty (shared with a few). No complaints and definitely coming back!
