We had heard great things about this place... And they were all true! First, the staff were the nicest people around. Second the drinks were GREAT... Try any of their frozen margaritas! Third, the food was amazing. We had a basket of fried okra and their fried green beans in addition to cheeseburgers. Last but not least... The prices were excellent. Thanks Hang Ten. We'll be back!

it's a no-nonsense, down to earth, reasonably priced, good food, friendly service beach bistro....
it's not pretentious nor is it price gouging the tourist....
simple, great way to have lunch or a quick bite .... burgers and sandwiches are well made! Lots of fresh made items and fresh ingredients.

For what it is, excellent! Delicious, inexpensive food and fast pleasant service. Parking is limited, some paid spots. We had to wait, Saturday evening, but should have waited a bit longer for an outside table, so we could hear the live music. Nice, casual waiting area on the lawn, with beanbag toss boards. We paid $35 for yummy sandwiches, two legal beverages, and tip. We'll be back for more!

We ended up here by lucky accident. Three cars of starving people looking for a place to eat after visiting the NC Aquarium at Wilmington. So glad my granddaughter pointed it out and said Let's go there. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. They offer generous baskets of down-home appetizers and a large selection of interesting burgers and sandwiches. A variety of adult beverages was also available. I loved the adult grilled cheese and everyone else said their vaious selections were excellent, as well. The service was great. Our glasses were refilled promptly and our orders (7 adults and 3 little ones) arrived promptly and hot. The manager even went out of her way to make a copy of their menu for my granddaughter who collects menus. Great food and a great experience. Glad we found it. One tip: it's a fairly small establishment, so try to get there before the lunch or dinner rush!

After a day of kayaking the river and walking the beach, we were looking for a good place to get fish and chips that would allow us to sit with our dog. It's not a large place, but we loved the cozy atmosphere and top-deck seating.
The timing worked out perfectly for a parking stop out front (there are also metered parking spots available) and a table opened quickly for outdoor seating. (Right in the corner, which was even more perfect with our dog so she didn't bother people)
The food was ready surprisingly fast and my goodness was it good! My husband ordered the Cowboy Burger and I stole more than a few bites (he enjoyed my fish, too...and our dog enjoyed sharing both our meals.)
I believe there were some outdoor games available, but we were too focused on food to take notice. If you're looking for a nice "chill" place to hang out and grab some delicious food at a great price, this is the place! We will definitely be back!
