“This place is always good and has always been that way. I've been to all the locations many many times. Have been going to the original location in Hanover center since I was a child and you can always count on them to deliver what you expect. One of the most consistent restaurants I've ever been to. You can't ask for a better cheese steak and prices are affordable. You can get any kind of sandwich you want and many sides to choose from. Well known for their fried mushrooms. Service is spectacular and if you have a crowd who can't agree where to go J. Michael's good bet. After writing this review, I'll have to visit them tomorrow. Ten Stars.”

“The sampler appetizer was good and served promptly. My wife had the buffalo ranch sandwich with the sauce served on the side. I had the medium buffalo hot sauce traditional wings. They were very good! The service was excellent! Prices were fair for the food and drinks (sweet tea and Pepsi).”

“Love the staff. Love the service. But would have givin 5 stars if you guys would please fix the cooler....I've have stressed this to management but still no results. I will start buying my beer at other locations because they cold on the outside...but lukewarm on the inside. I live across the street. So it would be very inconvenient to go somewhere else as well as all my friends who buy beer there to bring over. Please fix this problem”
