Carolina Crab House – Wilmington

We have eaten here twice so far once in and the other was takeout. Both times were great. The flavoring on the crab boils are so good. The garlic butter is the one I've had. The place inside is clean and spacious. Nice decor. They take your temp before you sit down. It wasn't a long wait for food. Our waitress seemed a bit timid but was still friendly and helpful. She kept checking on us to make sure we were good. They tried hard to accommodate our needs. The food was so good. I definitely need to be back. The bib and gloves were a great idea it made clean up so easy. We will be back. Welcome to Wilmington! I will say if you are doing takeout on the weekend call or go online and order to cut down on your wait time once you arrive.

I’m from New York, it hard to find a good seafood place out here. Just saw it open the other day and give it a try, did not disappoint. Saw some comments about food is served in a plastic bag, but this is how it suppose to be served even In NYC everything is mix up with the flavor of your choice that’s how it goes and that’s how I like it. No complains, will be back.

Oh my God, this place is absolutely amazing. I had the best service from a waitress named Miranda. Miranda was such a doll. She was so nice. 10 out of 10 I would definitely come back. I'm going to bring some friends.

Went on Saturday and got the Saturday special. The food was incredible and it was a great value! We also ordered fried calamari and shrimp with Cajun fries, and it was excellent! I highly recommend! Would drive over an hour to go back.

Definitely glad you guys are in Wilmington, use to drive 2 hours just to get seafood the way you guys serve it! Everything was great. However, my only complaint is that the shrimp were cooked a little too long. They weren’t mushy but some of the shells were stuck on them to the point that once you peeled it the shrimp just tore into pieces. The taste was great and I’m super excited y’all are here !
