Manna

My husband and I made arrangements with manna to serve my parents a special 5-course meal with wine pairings to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary. William, the manager, was awesome and his attention in creating a personal fine dining experience was above and beyond what we hoped for. My parents raved about the food, drinks and service (said their server, James, was fantastic). Even having travelled the world, they said it was one of the best meals they've had. Could not be happier with our experience!

Food was good, but at this price point it needs to be better than good. It needs to be outstanding, and it just wasn't. I had the scallops, and like I said they were good. But this was the 3rd time this week I've had scallops somewhere, and these were #3 on my list. For what they charge, they should be much better. Both Jack Mackerel's and Big Daddy's in Kure served me better scallops, and more of them, for less money. Mixed drinks were exceptional, though. Come here for drinks, but there's better food to be had in Wilmington for the same money.

I only went to the bar after dinner somewhere else, but the bar was excellent. They had top shelf liquors and the bartender improvised drinks on request. First time I tried Campari. Will return to try the food too.

Food is very delicious! I had scallops. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff very friendly.
