Morgans' Seafood

Visited for the first time this evening and was very happy with our visit. I had grilled jumbo shrimp, coleslaw, and fries. I cannot say enough about my meal. My husband had the seafood platter with two choices of fish, coleslaw, and fries. Hush puppies are included with the meal while you wait for your order. The service was fast and super friendly and the decor was warm and inviting and very clean. This will definitely be a regular place for us. Well done Morgan’s Seafood!

1st time visit and experience on Sunday around 3pm. Cute decor and layout. Decided to dine in. While placing orders, we were told "we are out of that" and this was on at least half the menu...Even the drink machine, out of order signs on almost everything. Also out of order, the restroom. 🚻 On what we were able to order, the food was ok. For the sides you receive 3 hush puppies and a shot glass size Mac n cheese. The flounder sandwich was plain, I would have liked at least lettuce and a tomato on it to help jazz it up. The platter was decent size and filling for my husband. If I had to highlight one thing off our order my daughters shrimp taco were good, that came with lettuce, chopped tomatoes and a good bang bang sauce. Overall, the place felt not 100 percent done yet to open. New Paint looked like it wasn't finished and was stuck to seats and trim, napkin holders were sticky and empty on 4 tables near us, not wiped down and the ventilation not that great. The smell of fried food while dining in was overwhelming.

We got both fried and grilled seafood. The fried shrimp were lightly breaded instead of being totally hidden.

If you get the super platter, split it or be prepared for a food challenge.

The hush puppies were really really good, probably the best I've had. Not to be too dramatic but the fried okra was also exceptional to the point of possibly being the best I've had.

Menu has a lot of options, I did the select one seafood with two sides and hush puppies. Overall good food. Pretty good deal, for the amount and quality of food, I couldn't finish it. There was so much food.
