Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Love Bojangles! I usually get the grilled chicken salad. I have to wait EVERYTIME for 8 minutes for the chicken for the salad. That part stinks, but I sm also happy about the fresh chicken going in the salad I guess!

***EDIT. IT HAS GOTTEN A LOT BETTER. people are still very nice and now it’s a lot quicker. I have not had to wait the past 5 times I’ve been in.

I tried to look past the bad reviews and test it out. I have now been waiting for my food for over 15 minutes and it’s 2:30pm so it’s not the lunch rush. They have had our buiscuts and mashed potatoes/ fries sitting out on our plates waiting on chicken for over 15 minutes. This place needs new management.

Go to the other bojangles or literally anywhere else unless you want a bad experience. Food isn’t bad bud they killed it with their bad service

*** the lady behind the counter was VERY nice. I had been waiting on chicken supremes for over 15 minutes and asked if I could just have regular. She politely said yes and got my food. Thank you.

Need better description of "bowl" items on menu. Have to look at menu very close to see what it is . This is my favorite Bojangles , Surf City location seems to always overcook chicken ..still juicy here.

I'm not a fan of fried food but my friend is and I tried a biscuit. Very good for fried, service was excellent and quick. People were also professional and friendly. My friend said food was great. It was hot and smelled great. Been through the drive through for her several times and also good.
