Port City Chop House

Food was good but we were in a meeting dinner and it didn't seem like a in sync flow with the meals. Servers seemed over burdened with the size of the group. They did their duties but it seemed begrudgingly.

The food was unbelievable. The service...the managers checked on us several times, the waiters were attentive. Absolutely incredible meal! If you are looking for a great steak and ambiance, this is the spot.

Went last night and it was OK. Service was exceptional though. The recommended dish we ordered was not what I would expect from this type of restaurant. The flavor was just not on point for a steak at this price range.

Always good! My family has been enjoying dining here for many years. Hands down the best steak house in Eastern NC. They also have great seafood choices. We always enjoy dining at the bar. Such great service and banter from the professional bar staff, some of whom have been there for 19 years or more. If you god fir an early dinner before 7pm they have a bar menu with incredibly delicious choices for very reasonable prices. My favorite is the beef tenderloin tips with hollandaze sauce... melts in you mouth. Combine that with crab dip and a glass of bourbon is just perfect for dinner.

Love this place. I was here the other night and our server Nick was absolutely charming and adorable. He really made our night with his humor and his attentiveness. The chicken picatta is my favorite since I don't eat seafood!
