Holy S**t.. I would give this 5 more stars if it were possible. Best chicken and waffles ive ever had. Jake the bartender was fantastic.. The whole staff was friendly and pleasant. I will be back and i will tell everyone i know about this place

Would have rated our visit lower but the food and waitress brought the rating up to 3 stars from 1 star. Upon entering we were not greeted but rather told to "shut the door! I need that door to stay shut!" Our party of 8 was still entering the door and we had not at all held the door open any longer than required to walk inside. I can appreciate the need to conserve what little cool air there was as 4 ceiling fans were working to keep the air moving.

The waitress was polite and prompt. The food was over all quite good. We all ordered breakfast for lunch as it was available on the Sunday menu. The home fries were a bit tough, like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended time.

Belgium waffles were very good, but much smaller than expected. Full order of biscuits and gravy was the same size as the half size order also served at our table. The waitress noticed this as well and rectified the order with another half sized serving. Fruit cup offered a good variety.

Seating was tight in the small restaurant and air was warm inside. Would try it again and we do give credit to the waitress for her good work.

So glad we found Savor today! Arrived right at the end of breakfast but were still able to order it. Captain's Omelet was huge and stuffed with local fresh veggies. My mom had eggs, bacon, grits, and a biscuit. Everything was delicious! The biscuit melted in your mouth and the grits were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We'll definitely be recommending to others and returning when we're back in town.

If I was on death row I would choose their chicken and waffles as my last meal. It was like the heavens parted and the chicken flew into my plate that the angels sent just for me. Naomi was a great waitress. She really talked up the waffles and they did not disappoint. It was also so much fun to draw with my child and boyfriend. We got lots of laughs!
