Always disappointing when the foam on your cold brew isn't really foam. But.. overall fast friendly service.

This is by far the best Starbucks in town. I've gone to other locations, ordered the exact same drink and was so disappointed! I will drive out of my way to get coffee/drinks at the Oleander/Independence location!!

Quick service and most important always great no matter what location!!!

I always make sure to stop by this store when I make a trip to Wilmington. So of course today I went through the drive thru after driving an hour for my sons doctor appointment to schedule surgery. Needless to say it had not been the best morning so far. Thankful Ms. Lilly took my order and she not only had the sweetest voice that automatically put me in a better mood, but she just knew I needed that extra shot of espresso before I could even ask. She also made sure to sincerely thank me for my donation of a bag of coffee for the EMS/Firefighters. I can’t say enough good things about this location

This was the first time I visited this location.I was impressed by the outside seating area but the noise level from the passing traffic made it difficult to hold a conversation. I understand they can’t control traffic noise, and it doesn’t take away from the attraction. The inside was not busy, guess it was the time of day. The lack of business made me surprised by the lengthy wait to get our drinks. I think it’s classy and reassuring to have a mission statement and letter from the manager with contact info, in plain sight. If there was a problem, it would be clear to contact.
