Vicious Biscuit Wilmington

This has become our absolute new favorite go to for Sunday brunch…love trying something new every time & it’s all been wonderful. The outdoor seating is plentiful & so nice for bringing our pup pup & enjoying our meal. The ordering line is always so speedy no matter how long & the food is ready so quickly! Everyone who works here is so friendly & welcoming…HIGHLY recommend this lovely find!

At first glance the Vicious Biscuit looks imposing. I ordered the restaurants namesake, "The Vicious." I would probably give this chicken biscuit with gravy 5 stars on initial flavor. The 4 oz. chicken breast however isn't all that filling. The biscuit itself was good, but not great. It looks initially dense, but is so light that it isn't very filling. The weakest part was the gravy. For the price $13 you expect something phenomenal. Ambience was nice, the butter and jelly bar was a nice touch. I'm almost certain this will not be one of my frequent greasy spoons.

We finally got here before the line got long! Great biscuits and chicken! The shrimp and grits were ok but lacked some flavor. Food comes out quickly and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely return to try more items.

Decided to have birthday brunch for my 18 year old. Wonderful selection of food and beverages. Everyone in our five member group ordered something different which is rare. Upon arriving there is a line out the door, however it moved quickly and there was plenty of seating. They do have a butter and jam bar too around the corner, which would have made a difference in my order if I knew ahead of time. Food was great service was fast, knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely will repeat.

This was some of the best food in the area. Service was quick and delicious. The perfect amount of flavor and a good portion was provided. The coffee was good as well. I’d highly suggest you try this place.
