If you were able to look at the order type and details you will find that I selected a “deal” option online. The option that I chose was “Large 3-Topping Pizza And Breadsticks” among other items ordered. Why would I pay for 3 toppings and get a cheese pizza… I understand that you are most likely busy and get people that call in all the time to get free pizza. I’m not one of those people. I don’t want free pizza and I gave you the pizza that I didn’t order back, I just wanted what I ordered online. I know what I selected online! The order you received from the website was wrong. There may be a problem with the web order that occurred so basically calling me a liar indirectly was not appreciated. Lastly thank you for your "candor" (more like condescending as F) over the phone explaining to me that I was wrong… Thank you for correcting the problem with a new order.”
