Not to mention the wait, or last minute shortage of certain items. That being said, the staff are very polite, and apologize every time. “We order from pizza hut often. Our boys choose pizza hut over every other chain pizza place near us. This location has always had long delivery times but that is due to the extremely high volume of business they get. They not only deliver to all of base but out in town also so that is pretty impressive itself. There have been a fee times that our pizza was off but they always offered to remake and delivery asap. Yesterday, my entire family was starving and my kids acted as if they were near death and our one pizza was super messed up and the other made very poorly. So I called. I offered to go pick up and the guy said that I had to bring the pizzas in that were messed up also. Now I am extremely annoyed. We order a few times a month from them and have only complained twice. Once it was a brand new driver, she was 45 minutes late and gave us the incorrect pizza. I still was understanding. Honestly, the guy handled the entire situation extremely well. I'm sorry I gave him a hard time but I know he understood my annoyance in the situation. Anyways, Corporate needs to get them a new and larger location! I wish I could say the cleanliness was good but they do have somethings that need to be cleaned up but the building itself needs remodeled.”

“The place was clean, with the main room and bathroom selling clean. It was busy, but no so much we're we were waiting for a table, or waited in the buffet line long. The food was good, if a little limited, but it is a pizza buffet. My favorite is the new stuffed crust pizzas. The desert section is a little lacking, with very little update in that regard, always the same three items, while good, are a little limited.
