“I went in and the store was very clean. The racks that held the mayo jars and such were incredibly clean and shined. The inside of the bathroom door handles were also well maintained and taken care of. They take great care of their store. Even the underside of the tables were well kept. I'm sure their sandwiches are very well made as well but I just got a side of their famous ranch.”

The pizzas were hot, the sauce tasted like what's on NYC pizzas, a nice blend of spices and tomato sauce, the cheese was evenly spread over the bread, and the bread had that nice crunch to it. “My visits are getting worse. Price went up $1.00 on three popular medium subs. Not meat portions are 30 to 40 % less. I have been cheated on points numerous times. I have acquired over 70,000 points, and have been a customer for a long time. The phone app only works part of the time. Today I ordered a med. roast beef on wheat, less bread, and jalapenos. When I got home .8 miles from the store, my sub was barely warm. It was made with full white sub bun. 1/2 the sub barely had any meat. Something has changed for the worse at this location. I made a return trip today, 5/21. Ordered a large premium roast beef on wheat with jalapenos and less bread. This sub was perfect, as I was used to. My faith is restored. Great friendly crew. Keep up the great work.”

We ordered a variety of items We can’t say enough about how delicious it was on top of the spectacular service from the time we called our order in and spoke with Jeremiah to the delivery driver which unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was absolutely awesome!!!!! We could never imagine that a place like this would exist in Jacksonville and we’re SO happy is does. We’re hooked!! Love Empire Pizza!! It felt like being back in New York City or Boston absolutely awesome. We also had a special request that the driver call us upon arrival due to having a combat wounded marine here we prefer that no one knocks on the door to cause the dogs to bark or startle him and they were so compassionate and understanding and the driver called us right when he pulled up so I could meet them outside- that is going above and beyond and we are very grateful Thanks so much ????????????????”
