“I love Wendy’s the food is great but the cashier needs to work the register and that’s it. There should always be someone taking orders, it made me mad that the other employees couldn’t put food in bags and trays so the cashier didn’t have to. I waited like 10 minutes for her to take my order because she was doing other stuff. However after my order was taken, I got my food fast. So it’s just a matter of more employees doing their own jobs.”

“We had the very best experience! I got the ribs plate, SIX RIBS plus two sides and six hush puppies! He got the bbq plate.. everything was delicious. Absolutely everything. Caroline took our order and definitely boosted the rib plate and I’m so happy she did!! From what we’ve seen she has been the most involved with customers and the most positive towards the entire environment. Definitely a must stop for when we pass through town again!”

If you were able to look at the order type and details you will find that I selected a “deal” option online. The option that I chose was “Large 3-Topping Pizza And Breadsticks” among other items ordered. Why would I pay for 3 toppings and get a cheese pizza… I understand that you are most likely busy and get people that call in all the time to get free pizza. I’m not one of those people. I don’t want free pizza and I gave you the pizza that I didn’t order back, I just wanted what I ordered online. I know what I selected online! The order you received from the website was wrong. There may be a problem with the web order that occurred so basically calling me a liar indirectly was not appreciated. “It's Burger King people, not a 5 star hamburger joint. You either love em or hate them. To me, I've always been a fan of the Whoppers, just the way they are. Perfect burger, I don't even add cheese, everything blends together. And if you do the survey on the back, you get a free whopper with the purchase of a fry and a drink. I get a $1 sweet tea, and a small fry. Can't beat that meal for $2.99. What i get everytime. They're always having specials too. Prices aren't bad at all, they're beef is actually real, look up the ingredients. I would stray away from the Chicken and fish, even though my little girl likes their nuggets, I don't go to a place called BURGER King and order chicken.”
