“Best Mexican in the area. It sits alongside a highway near a gas station. Nearly always full and in the middle of nowhere, expect good things! Each meal starts off with freshly made chips and salsa. If you're adventurous, try the spicier salsas. For an entree, you can't go wrong with Shrimp Diabla or mole enchiladas. Vegetarians can look to the veggie section of the menu to find something to eat. There is also a kid's menu as well. Wait staff is kind and courteous. It's a regular when I make it back to my hometown. I highly recommend making the trek to out there.”
