Had a great time at Bar taco. The way your order your food is a bit tricky. You don't just tell your waiter. You tally up all your food fro. Your table on a slip and give it to your waiter. And it is one slip per table. So if you want 3 duck tacos and your friend wants 2...you put 5 duck tacos. Bar taco makes most of their things fresh. This isn't your typical Taco place. They also have a selection of agua frescas...I got grapefruit ginger. The pineapple with lime juice is one of my favorite sides. Will be back once again!

What does full employment plus last day of classes plus entitled college kids equal? Three servers for the entire place on a Friday night. This isn't the first time their children employees have "called in sick." I'm going to stay away for awhile.

The tacos were extremely good and there was a wide variety of filling options. I recommend the swordfish taco and the cauliflower taco. The service was great and the wait time was very low. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the alcohol prices, which were high to say the least. I’d definitely go back to Bartaco though!!

Bartaco is awesome! I love that their tacos are unique and their drinks are always fresh. Be warned- on a Friday or Saturday night, this place can have a wait but it's worth it. We went around 6 PM on a Saturday and ended up waiting the full hour before we were seated. The food always taste fresh and is filling. Guacamole was also good, as well!

Fun and Energetic atmosphere. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. If for some reason you are going without something you desire, simply put up the blue card and someone will be there in under a minute. The tacos are delicious. These tacos are smaller like gourmet street tacos, so you may want to order one or two additional. Mix and match to try new flavors. They are very conscientious of health or dietary restrictions, so simply let them know. They have a great guacamole and their fresh margaritas are awesome. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, this is great on a beautiful spring or autumn day. By far my favorite gourmet taco spot in the Triangle.
