    They recently had a great sale going on and i went a few night and ordered 5+ pizzas at once. Each time it was made quickly and despite the busy lobby service was good.

    They forgot the marinara dipping sauce with my bread twists today. UPDATE: the store reached out with an offer of a free replacement order. I should have just reached out to the store directly at the time; I order here often and there is rarely any problem, the staff are friendly and the food is ready on time.

    I left a 1 star review about a year ago because of a delivery issue.
    The manager just responded to my review, a little late but it's fine.
    I ended up driving there and got a wonderful pepperoni pizza.
    I don't live in Chapel Hill anymore but it's still very nice to see that the new manager cares this much about the joint to actually respond as soon as he could.

    Lol so I gave a rating but was in a hurry I didn’t get to give a review. This location is great! I order maybe every two weeks sometimes on Tuesdays and I have always had a good experience. I do mostly online orders and when I walk in to pick up I am always greeted. The staff is quick to help and as long as I stay in Chapel Hill I will be placing my order here!
