Somehow I missed that the Chapel Hill location is drive-through only. That said, the food was OK: good biscuit, spicy sausage, ordinary scrambled eggs, greasy fast-food hash-brown patty. Everything (!) was salted. If you want something else on your biscuit or eggs, bring your own. No honey, butter, jam, pepper,... were provided.
These are honestly the best biscuits I've ever eaten! You can get a variety of toppings, but I usually stick with bacon, egg, and cheese and it's always delicious. It's a drive-thru, with room for two people at a time to walk in and order, so don't expect to eat in here. Be warned, the biscuits are really big!
The best biscuits I have ever had anywhere!
This is not a low carb, low calorie meal. This is honest comfort food. The price is very reasonable and the biscuits are memorable. Why are you still reading this .. go get some biscuits.
If you can, skip the car line, park, and walk up. There seem to be plenty of parking spaces. Car line backs up along Franklin. The car line may be long, but it can move along, depending on orders.
So, is it worth the wait? Yep. Biscuits are absolutely delicious and cheap too.
