Delicious, not pretentious, and friendly neighborhood bbq joint. The pimento cheese fries are to die for, and the fried green tomatoes are the best in town. Their pickles are addictive so watch out! So far everything we've tried has been spectacular. Especially if you hit it on a day when cheese grits and/or the pastrami are on special. Pictured are pork tongue tacos, catfish plate, and cheese fries.
Wonderful food. We have some dining challenges eating as a group. No problem here! The Carolina BBQ, brisket and smoked tofu we're perfect. Sides we're everything we wanted with our meals. Thank you, our last dinner in Carolina was perfect!
Great casual dining place for authentic pulled pork and other southern favorites! Indoor and outdoor seating.
Great meal! I had the catfish & 1/2 rack of ribs. The vinegar BBQ sauce was outstanding as well as the regular BBQ sauce. Hush puppies & the pickles are to die for. We will definitely make this a regular stop on our visits to the area.
Solid all around. Not the most authentic "down east" bbq, but still very good. The brisket was good as well. The smoked Mac and cheese was different but I really liked it with the meats. Super friendly and helpful staff as well.
