(July 30, 2019, 11:37 pm)This place rocks! It is an authentic 'hoi toider' east coast Oyster Bar. Hands down THE BEST crab cakes I've ever had. Oysters! I've had them up and down the Pacific Coast and up and down the East Coast into the Maritimes. C & H is absolute slice of Americana. You're missing it if you don't visit this place. There is a reason why James Taylor sings about North Carolina.

(March 31, 2019, 3:21 pm)Great food! Friendly staff. Only has beer in cans but can bring your own bottles in if in brown paper bag. Bar area and dining area. A bit pricey but delicious and very large portions! Definitely worth it!

(February 23, 2019, 1:17 am)Awesome food, be sure to sit at the bar if you want the steamed oysters. Staff were friendly and let us know about options that were not on the menu. Food was fresh and amazing and served with a smile

(January 16, 2019, 4:36 am)Always a favorite! My family drives 2-3 hours down from VA to eat at the Oyster Bar every year for my grandpa's birthday. The service is good, the food is great, and I'm sure I'll go here many times more. (the oysters are their specialty, but I always get the big seafood platter, and eat a little bit of everything)
