Great service, cashier made the best caramel frappe I've ever had

You have to try a sausage biscuit add bacon. It's so delicious. Like, I'm 32 and I just lived for the first time delicious.

Well first of all nothing was filled up in the service area. No straws,no ketchup, no napkins, no sweet tea. French fries were cool and had no taste.

This was my first visit to this particular McDonald's. I placed my order at the kiosk (first time I've utilized this service), and was able to skip standing in line to place my to go order. I LOVED that feature and plan to use it for ordering, in the future. I got my take out order in a very reasonable time. I should've looked inside the bag to check my order before leaving!! Darn it....how many times have we all given the staff the benefit of the doubt, that they actually got our to go order right, the first time!? Ugh!! Thank heavens I was only about a 1/2 mile down the road when I discovered they failed to put the double cheeseburger I ordered in the bag. I turned around and after a fairly short wait, they gave me the burger. If they had filled my to go order right the first time, I would've had hot fries when I got home. (I live about 8 minutes away from this particular McDonald's) Needless to say, the fries were yucky-poo cold when I got home. It's virtually impossible to reheat french fries!! Not the best first time visit here, but I'm sure I'll go again someday.
