Dickinson Avenue Public House

Really enjoy a dinner date with my husband at the D.A.P House. This was my second time. I really love the beef fat fries with aioli dipping sauce. Additionally, I ordered the fried chicken. It came with mac n cheese and apple slaw. I was not a fan of the slaw but the mac n cheese was amazing.

I visited without any prior understanding of what the place was like or the food they served. My initial thought was that the pricing was a little high, but after further consideration, they earned every penny. The food was prepared perfectly, very delicious, and served quickly. The environment was also fun and interesting.

Cool restaurant with a cool hipster vibe. Nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly. Good food, good drinks located in an area of Greenville that is being resurrected and rehabbed. Just don’t order the burger. It was awful and tasteless. The 3 other meals at my table were delicious and I was surprised that my burger wasn’t good. Visit and enjoy just remember my words. I would definitely go back. My next trip I’d get the fried chicken.

The Dickinson Avenue Public House is probably our favorite place for a date night in Greenville. The menu offers plenty of unique cocktails, wines, and draft beers, the food is always superb, and the wait staff is friendly and helpful. I can't recommend highly enough.

Enjoyed meal. Good service. Main players came a little quickly after apps. Metal straws nice touch. Good variety of drinks at the bar. Atmosphere hip.
