Love the various $5 specials, especially when fresh and hot!!!!

Actually the food is almost always good here In my Opinion, however many of my visits here, I was surprised because of the lack of being greeted, or even acknowledged, much less provided polite, timely service (which I know for sure, KFC headquarters will be very disappointed, and probably angry if/when a secret shopper reports being ignored, for a couple of minutes, despite many employees being available, but it is almost like they were each pretending to be busy all of a sudden, but not really working, and finally a cashier slowly drags herself to the register and was not pleasant at all.

I enjoyed my service I came late on a Saturday night little after 9 my food was hot fresh and delicious I was coming all the way from Emerald isle and decided to stop here versus KFC in my area of Washington I think I'll always ride to Greenville for authenticity of the menu recipes

I went through the drive-thru the other day, and the young lady running it was one of the sweetest and happiest people I’ve ever encountered ❤️ definitely an amazing employee to have! She was quick, informative, and polite! I’m pretty sure she was the manager or assistant manager, I lost my receipt so I don’t have her name unfortunately ????
