“The atmosphere of the restaurant is great! Service was good but they were extremely busy. Both of our steaks were under cooked, my husbands was medium rare/rare instead of medium. Mine was in between medium rare and medium, which I prefer but I asked for it to be cooked medium. The steaks are very salty. Overall the seasoning is good but if you don’t like rosemary, thyme, and salt then you won’t like the steaks. My husband loved the mac and cheese and I thought the garlic rosemary potatoes were very good.”

“I walked into this establishment the first time assuming it to be another chain breakfast location kin to ihop, or Denny’s. My opinion was quickly changed when I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm from the staff upon walking through the door. I was sat very quickly, my server, a very kind woman named Charity came and took my drink order before I had even settled into my seat. Not knowing the ins and outs of the menu, I asked her what she recommended for a starter, and for my meal. Both were excellent selections and the food arrived promptly. The quality of the meal was stellar, the breakfast sandwich I ordered was amazing, the side of what they call million dollar bacon was a unique and pleasant experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough to friends and family. The staff is warm and friendly, the atmosphere is bright, and not least of all, the food is outstanding.”

When there is a problem and the customer service is being critiqued, it needs to be out of sight. And when worker is upset don't discuss so public can hear about the dirty laundry. Those are the only things that I have seen and heard. Customer service employees are really nice and pleasant. I love going there.”

“I need is pretty much the place to go if you want fast food that's not frozen freezer burn taste azuz their meat trash they do feel your burger right then they have other options including chili which I don't think anywhere else has available they have a lot of different salads or fries or crate they're not typical fast-food fries are better they do sea salt on them to make them healthy as well they try to do better than most Ashley restaurants are not trying to kill you with calories and fat they're still fast food though so it's that great greasy burgers do you want just better than fresh tablet options my only complaint is obviously to service sometimes and it doesn't matter which location when the people are just rude and they don't pay attention special order is kind of hard to get right and it shouldn't be that way but the food still good let's hope it stays that way maybe they can improve on their employees”

“The steak saved this review. The steak was very well cooked with lots of flavor. We enjoyed the simplicity of the menu. However, I ordered a glass of wine and there were chunks of cork in it, as well as loaded with sediment. Bartender gave me a new glass of wine, no questions asked. The bar was dirty, and none of the bartenders offered to wipe it up. I was told the vegetables would be a mix, but ended up with only broccoli. Ordered a baked potato and was given a sweet potato. To be fair, the bartender offered to bring another baked potato but it would have been so much food and more time. We had already waited 45 mins when there were only two other tables in the restaurant.”
