Moe's Southwest Grill

I have been going to Moe's for years and never had a bad experience. However, in the past week I have had two wrong orders delivered so I called Moe's to speak with a manager about the errors. Rather than getting the generic "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" speech, Manager Josh offered to remake my order and deliver it to my house himself or by one of his employees. Within 15 minutes of getting off the phone I had the correct order at my front door. Having previously worked in the food service industry, I am astounded at the above and beyond this store went through to rectify a situation. Despite the two bad experiences within the past week, I cannot speak any negative of the service I have had there in the 10+ years I have been a customer. I am glad to see the level of professionalism and customer service I have experienced in the past is still there in this store. Thanks Josh and Billy!

As always, the food is great and service is fast. Long lines sometimes, most likely due to the popularity.

Not 4 stars tonight but most nights. I come here a lot with my nephew. Nearly every Saturday when he’s in town. So we love Moes. Tonight however I called at 830 to place a pick up order. Nobody answers and I just drove by. So I thought maybe someone was on the phone..call back again and it just rings as I’m sitting across the street hoping it would be ready by the time I got there in a few. Disappointing to say the least. I get people want to clean up so they can get off at a good hour. But when the hours say close at 9, I should be able to call in a order to pick up. I’ll be back I’m quite sure because me and little man love Moes and it’s our ritual..but it’s disappointing from a loyal customer

When they yell " Welcome to Moe's!" I feel the love! Huge portions, salsa bar is fab, if i want good Mexican my way, it's,s MOE'S!
