“Food was fine but they are slow and staff seemed unenthusiastic and not so friendly. I get that not everyone is going to be jumping up and down with enthusiasm to work a minimum wage job but I had to work those same kinds of jobs when I was younger and I smiled and was friendly. Heck, I was 30 before my education finally started to really pay off so I put in more than my fair share of time at food service and hotel chains as well as retail. I know it ain't easy sometimes that doesn't mean you get to be dry and unpleasant. I also don't get why this particular Hardee's store seems slower than others.They don't have that much of a crowd to justify the snail's pace of the drivethrough. I actually had an experience late last year where I waited without service at the drivethrough speaker so long that I gave up and went across the street to BK. Nobody was ahead of me. I called out to the order taker to see if maybe they were unaware of me or the speakers were down. When she barked out for me to wait without apologizing for the fact that I had already been sitting there at least 7 minutes (which is like a year at a fast food drive through with nobody in front of you) I took off. Today was not that bad but still slow and when I got to the window, the person at the window just sat there with her head down texting until she got good and ready to look up. Meanwhile I am sitting there, money in hand, arm out the window on a 95 degree day just waiting. The franchise owner (if there is one and this isn't a corporate owned store) needs to get involved and ensure a reasonable pace and try to get employees motivated.”

“Food was ready fast, and we were surprised how packed our trays were. You definitely get enough food to last 2 or even 3 meals. Most trays come with an entree, pork fried rice, and egg roll. It costs a little extra for lo mein, but it is definitely worth it. Inside was clean and staff were friendly.”

“My wife and I experienced some great food from our hometown. Clean atmosphere and friendly,professional staff. My wife had the fish (Croaker) collard greens and potato salad. I had the (Chicken and Sausage Alfredo). It was amazing. Go and experience some great food. The portions are very large. We will definitely visit the Divine Cafe when we're in our hometown.”
