“Starbucks is a treat that I permit myself pretty regularly. This store does a GREAT job, the drinks are top notch (as are most Starbucks' drinks). But what sets them apart is their community involvement and the focus on personal service. If you are there with any regularity, they work hard to remember your name and what you like. And that, too, is like other Starbucks, but the Sumter Starbucks under Kendra's management seems to take it a notch higher and notably friendlier. In these COVID days, that is especially hard, but they still manage it!”
